The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator, who shall be appointed by the LCIA. The seat of arbitration shall be London, England. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The NeuroPrime and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings. You agree that this Agreement is not intended to confer and does not confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to this Agreement.
By continuing to access or use the Site or the Service after any amendments to this Agreement have been posted, you agree to be bound by the terms of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment to this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Site and the Service.
